Homemade Skyline-like Chili

While cooking is not a Tech post being able to post a recipe via an application is somewhat techie. With the help of Souschef for the Mac I was able to post this recipe to my blog.

Hope you enjoy one of my favorite recipes.

Skyline-Like Chili
Ingredients

1. 2 lbs ground beef
2. 3 cups water
3. 1 (15 oz) can Tomato sauce
4. 1 onion, chopped
5. 1 ½ tsp vinegar
6. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
7. 2 bay leaves
8. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
9. 1 ½ tsp salt
10. 1 ½ tsp ground allspice
11. ¼ tsp garlic powder
12. 2 tsp cumin
13. 1 tbsp chili powder
14. ½ tsp crushed red pepper

Directions

Mix ground beef and water until soupy. Mix in other ingredients and simmer, uncovered 3 hours. Stir occasionally. 8 servings
